Is Aloka available for my phone/desktop/tablet?

Of course! It wouldn't be useful if it wasn't on our phones, right? All Clarifi personal healthcare software is available as an application on any platform. Sign up and you can download to your platform of choice.

Is Aloka HIPAA compliant?

Absolutely! Our systems, including Claire, meet HIPAA requirements and data is stored in government-level data stores. No one can access your data without your permission. Not even Hercules.

Are there any commitments or contracts?

Nope. Aloka is free for everyone. Aloka+ is billed either monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time you want.

Is Aloka supposed to replace my doctor?

No, we're not putting doctors out of business. Aloka is an AI-enhanced personal healthcare tool. Claire will offer guidance, but will refer you to a physician for treatment and diagnosis.

Does Clarifi train Claire on my data?

Not unless you allow it. Even with your consent, your data is anonymized and used to help Claire understand real life medical conditions, but Claire never knows who you are, and neither do we.

Is my data really private?

Yes. We double encrypt all of our customer data (as HIPAA requires) and the key to your data resides only within your account. If you need help with the information stored within Aloka, we need to contact you to unlock it for us. Even law enforcement cannot access your data without your key.
